Check in: 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you are unable to arrive between these times, please notify us so that we can schedule our staff to accommodate your arrival.

Reservation:Two night minimum
Confirmation: Reservation confirmed with full payment upfront
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reservation for a refund less the $40 processing fee. Reservations made through AirBnB or VRBO must adhere to their policies and must cancel through AirBnB and VRBO.
Occupancy:
Our rooms are furnished to accommodate up to two individuals per room or cabin.
Accessibility:
We are not handicapped accessible. We do not have an elevator and there is a flight of steps down to the bed and breakfast entryway. A-Frame of Mine is all one level after the entry but some of the doorways are narrow.
Minimum age: 21 years old.
No children:
As much as we love children, we honor the request of our guests for a romantic getaway.
Smoking and Candles:
Our facility is a smoke free facility both inside and outside. We adhere strictly to this policy. No smoking includes: no vaping, cigars, marijuana, pipes, cigarettes and no candles both inside and outside on our property and dock.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card of the registered guest a minimum of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and/or replacing furniture, window treatments, rugs, bedding, etc. if it is determined that a guest has violated the no smoking policy in any location inside or outside on the property.
Pets:
We love pets but our facility is not equipped to welcome them. We ask that you make other arrangements for your four-legged friends.
Parking:
We do not designate spaces per room. Please park in any space that is available. If you plan to bring more than one vehicle or an oversize vehicle, please let us know in advance so that we can help you make appropriate accommodations.
Room damage:
Damage to the rooms, fixtures, linens, electronics, furniture, etc. will be charged 120% of full replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for the particular incident. Any cost associated with repairs and/ or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
Breakfast Service:
Tranquility and Serenity room guests are served at 9 a.m.
Please alert us of any allergies or food preferences at the time of booking or a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival.
A-Frame of Mine guests are provided with deluxe continental breakfast items in their cabin upon arrival.
Quiet time:
10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Lodging tax:
All reservations and add-ons are subject to the state of Tennessee's prevailing state sales tax plus Hamilton County's hotel tax requirement.

This is a private property. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, damage to personal property or vehicles or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
